Refund policy

At Hollywood Smile Ireland, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return it under the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it (EU consumer law).
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@hollywoodsmile.ie within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Keep your postage receipt until the refund is processed.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please email photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic dental products (e.g., whitening kits, toothpastes, mouthwash).
  • Gift cards or digital products.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Address

We’ll provide the return address in your approval email to ensure parcels are directed to the correct location.
