Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once dispatched.

Delivery Times

• Ireland: 1–2 business days
• Times may extend during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

Shipping Rates

• Ireland & NI: from €7.95
• Free delivery on orders over €50 (Rep. of Ireland only).

Couriers & Tracking

All orders are shipped with DPD Ireland. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Your dispatch email includes a tracking link to follow your parcel. 

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Undeliverable parcels or re‑deliveries due to address errors may incur additional charges.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Republic of Ireland only. For other destinations, email us and we’ll try to help.
