🪥 How to Use

1. Place a small amount of toothpaste on the brush head and hold at a 45° angle to your gums.
2. Brush gently — do not scrub hard — moving from the outer to inner surfaces of your teeth.
3. Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day.
4. For electric toothbrushes, move the brush slowly from tooth to tooth.
