How to Use

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
2. Hold at a 45° angle to the gums and brush gently from outer to inner surfaces.
3. Brush for 2 minutes, twice per day.
4. When using an electric toothbrush, move slowly from tooth to tooth.
