Directions of Use
- Apply a small amount of toothpaste onto the brush head.
- Hold the brush at a 45° angle to the gums.
- Brush gently – do not scrub – starting from the outer surfaces, then moving to the inner surfaces.
- Brush for 2 minutes, twice daily.
- For electric toothbrushes: guide the brush tooth by tooth and let the brush head do the work.

To be honest, I wanted the kissing rose or the lily but I decided to try this out. I like it to me. It has too much of a minty taste more than the floral and I really like floral taste but it works very well but please let me know whenever you have the other two available.
