Directions of Use

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
2. Hold at a 45° angle to your gums.
3. Brush gently—do not scrub—starting from the outer surfaces, then moving to the inner surfaces.
4. Brush for 2 minutes, twice daily.
5. With an electric toothbrush, guide the brush tooth by tooth and let the head do the work.
