🪥 How to Use

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
2. Hold at a 45° angle to your gums.
3. Brush gently from outer to inner surfaces for 2 minutes, twice daily.
4. For electric toothbrushes, move the brush slowly from tooth to tooth.
