🪥 Directions for Use

Place a small amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush and hold the brush at a 45° angle toward the gum line. Brush gently — do not scrub — starting from the outer surfaces of your teeth. Brush for two minutes, twice daily.

When using an electric toothbrush, slowly guide the brush from tooth to tooth, letting the sonic or rotating motion do the work.
